Germany – Architectural, Construction, and Engineering Services for the Expansion of the Primary School on Witzlebenstraße

This project aims to expand the primary school on Witzlebenstraße, originally built in the 1960s as a public school, into a full-day school. A modern new building will be constructed to house a cafeteria and kitchen, while administrative offices will be located on the first floor. Simultaneously, the current main building complex (classroom wing) will be converted back into classrooms and transformed into individual year group houses for grades 2 to 4. Additionally, the area for the first-grade classes will undergo complete renovation to create an optimal learning environment. The construction will take place in phases while the school remains operational: - Object 1 "Renovation of the First-Grade Area": 2 construction phases. - Object 2 "New Cafeteria/Administration Building and User-Specific Adaptation of the Classroom Wing": 3 construction phases. EU funding is available for the renovation of the first-grade area. Phases 1 to 3 of the technical equipment have already been completed. Due to insolvency, a new specialized planning office is now being sought for the completion of phases 5 to 9. It is noted that the planning documents up to phase 3 HOAI were created using the Plancal Nova program by Trimble. It is not possible to create a plot style table. Plot style tables are primarily used in connection with AutoCAD. In Plancal Nova, this information can be found in the layer structure, which has been exported as CSV, Excel, or text file and is included in the overall documents of phase 3.
