Owner's Engineer Services for 100 MW Gas Power Plant in Narva

Enefit Industry AS has recently awarded a public procurement contract for the construction of a 100 MW gas power plant in Narva, Estonia. The contract was won by a joint bid from two Israeli companies, Baran International Ltd and Baran Group Ltd, with the EPC contract signed on November 18, 2025. The contractor's proposal includes 24 Jenbacher J624 gas engines, providing a total capacity of 100.5 MW and thermal power of 85 MW. To ensure compliance with all specifications and to protect the buyer's interests, the buyer is seeking an owner's engineer to provide consulting services for the design, procurement, and construction phases of the 100 MW H2-ready gas engine co-generation plant.
