Reconstruction of the Public Library in Hum na Sutli

This contract involves the reconstruction of the public library in Hum na Sutli, in accordance with the attached project technical documentation and cost estimate, which are integral parts of the procurement documentation. The project aims to enhance the existing public and social building, specifically focusing on the cultural institution of the public library. Currently, the library space is limited and only meets basic needs. After the reconstruction, the library will expand into adjacent unoccupied spaces (former agricultural pharmacy and bowling alley), allowing for the organization of various sections within the library, such as: a children's and youth section, an adult section, a local collection, a study reading room, an audiovisual materials section, and a daily reading room. Additionally, a small presentation hall is planned with a separate entrance, which will serve as a 'noisier' part of the library, as the library is seen as a host for various activities, including: music workshops, music therapy workshops, health workshops for retirees and older adults, dance therapy, and artistic and visual workshops.
