Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System Development Services

The contracting authority plans to acquire services for the development of a Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System, including the procurement and maintenance of technical equipment. The requirements for the procurement object are specified in the Special Procurement Conditions, Appendix 2 'Technical Specification'. The procurement includes: a) Technical equipment for the Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System and its installation in buses of the municipalities in the Alytus region, such as cash register on-board computers, validators, ticket control devices for inspectors, etc., according to the quantities and parameters specified in Appendix 2 'Technical Specification'; b) Services for the development and implementation of the Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System according to the requirements outlined in Appendix 2 'Technical Specification': - For the municipalities of the Alytus region (Alytus city, Alytus district, Varėna district, and Lazdijai district) - development and implementation of the Unified Electronic Ticketing System; - For all municipalities in the Alytus region (Druskininkai city, Alytus city, Alytus district, Varėna district, and Lazdijai district) - development of common self-service solutions as per section 6.7 of Appendix 2 'Technical Specification' and integration with the currently operating electronic ticketing and passenger information system in Druskininkai municipality, as necessary to ensure the operation of the Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System in the Alytus region. c) Maintenance services for the implemented Unified Electronic Ticketing and Passenger Information System - servicing, repair, and maintenance in the municipalities of the Alytus region for 72 months after the system implementation, with Druskininkai municipality receiving only support for the implemented common self-service solutions, while other municipalities in the Alytus region will receive maintenance services for the entire implemented Unified Electronic Ticketing System.
