Planning Services for Construction in Germany - NordHub - General Planning for Site Preparation

This contract opportunity involves general planning services for the site preparation of an area in Agethorst, where a direct current switchgear and converter will be constructed. The area to be planned is approximately 45 hectares, of which about 18 hectares will be for the facilities. The general planning services include outdoor facilities as per § 39 HOAI, traffic facilities as per § 47 HOAI, and technical equipment as per § 55 HOAI. TenneT plans to award the work in phases 1 to 8 according to HOAI. The planning will particularly focus on the approval-ready preparation of the facility areas for the future construction and operation of the facilities, traffic access, media supply, and the design of outdoor facilities, taking into account logistical aspects such as transport routes and construction site setup areas. The planning results from third-party contractors must be integrated and coordinated by the general planner. As a qualified and experienced company in providing comparable services, the contractor must deliver all services necessary for the contract subject described in the documents.
