General Planner Services for Development Project in Epalinges

The Municipality of Epalinges is seeking a general planner to lead the initial planning phase of a project on parcel 588, followed by its execution. The municipality reserves the right to choose between a total or general contractor for the execution. Proposals must include all standard services for phases 21, 31, 32, 33, 41, 52, and 53 necessary for general planning, architecture, civil engineering, and HVAC engineering, in accordance with SIA standards 102, 103, and 108, as outlined in the attached technical specifications. If individual contractors are involved, tenders must comply with public procurement legislation. If a general or total contractor is selected, the services for phases 41 to 53 will be adjusted according to the defined limits with the general contractor.
