Household Appliances Procurement and Maintenance

This framework agreement is for the purchase of domestic and professional household appliances, along with associated accessories and consumables, as well as the provision of corrective maintenance services. The supplies and services covered by this agreement meet the current needs of the Urban Community of Grand Reims, the City of Reims, the Municipal Social Action Center of the City of Reims, the School Fund of the City of Reims, and the Higher School of Art and Design of Reims, as well as potential needs of other members of the purchasing center. The contract is divided into four lots, and candidates can submit bids for one or more lots. A single economic operator will be contracted for each lot. This framework agreement is established for a duration of 48 months from the notification date, starting no earlier than October 18, 2025. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, it can be terminated on the anniversary date by a decision of the purchasing center notified to the contractor by registered mail/email two (2) months before the end of the current period. This termination does not entitle the contractor to any compensation.
