Food Supply Contract for Prison Hospital

The Dej Hospital Prison is seeking to purchase food to ensure a varied menu for incarcerated individuals over a period of 10 months. This will involve establishing framework agreements for food supply through an open bidding process, as detailed in Annex 1 of the attached specifications. The procurement will be announced in the SEAP catalog, leading to an open bidding procedure that will conclude with the signing of framework agreements with a single supplier, without reopening the competition. Subsequent contracts will be executed within the minimum and maximum quantities specified in the attached annex, based on needs. Suppliers have 10 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests within 24 hours of receipt, but no later than 8 days before the bid submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
