Romania – Air Transport Services for Domestic and International Passengers and Baggage, Including Travel Insurance - 24 Months - Framework Agreement

The Romanian Gymnastics Federation is the Contracting Authority and will enter into a Framework Agreement lasting 2 years, starting from the signing date, but no later than September 1, 2025. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions for subsequent orders related to the safe, efficient, and cost-effective provision of air transport booking and ticket issuance services for designated personnel traveling for work-related activities such as meetings, conferences, courses, and symposiums. Additionally, it includes related services such as insurance, airport transfers, and check-in formalities, based on the needs of the Contracting Authority and within the allocated budget. The estimated number of signatories to the Framework Agreement is between 1 and 10 economic operators. The procurement includes: i. Air transport booking and ticket issuance services, which are the main focus of this procurement, including all related operations; ii. Related services that accompany the air transport booking and ticket issuance services, which may include ticket reissuance, date changes, cancellations, and travel insurance. Suppliers must submit requests for clarifications or additional information at least 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the Contracting Authority will respond to these requests 10 days before the offer submission deadline.
