Waste Collection and Disposal Services for Hospitals in Romania

This framework agreement involves the provision of services for the collection, transportation, and disposal of hospital waste. The agreement will last for 48 calendar months from the date it comes into effect. It will commence upon the completion of the waste quantities to be collected under the current agreement. A total of 8 subsequent contracts are expected to be concluded under this framework (2 per year), depending on the approved funding. The quantity for the first subsequent contract will be a minimum of 49,025 kg and a maximum of 59,488 kg. The largest subsequent contract will have a maximum estimated value of 386,668.75 lei excluding VAT. The types of waste include sharp objects, human remains, cytotoxic and cytostatic medicines, and hazardous waste packaging. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be sent through SEAP.
