Pharmaceutical Products Supply for Iława County Hospital

This contract involves the supply of pharmaceutical products divided into 100 lots for the Iława County Hospital. The contractor is responsible for delivery, transportation, unloading, and storage of the products. All pharmaceutical products must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the delivery date. Shorter shelf life products may be accepted only with prior approval from the hospital's authorized representative. Equivalent medications with the same active ingredients, dosage, and form are allowed. If the offered medication packaging contains a different quantity, the contractor must adjust the number of packages accordingly. If the required medication is unavailable, the contractor must provide a substitute at a price not exceeding the tender price, after consulting with the hospital's pharmacy department. If a substitute cannot be provided within 48 hours, the contractor must issue a written note for purchasing the medication from another supplier and cover the cost difference. Transport packaging for temperature-sensitive medications must be labeled and include a temperature indicator. If a required medication is no longer produced during the tender process, the last sale price must be provided in the price form.
