Consulting Services for Construction Project Management

This contract involves an extension of project management services for one month, as per the main contract. The monthly fee for basic and special services is €34,970 (net). These project management services are necessary due to additional work required from the general contractor as part of the construction partnering process and the finalization of the proposal. The project manager will oversee the entire process from project management to the submission of the proposal and the completion of stage 2 as outlined in the main contract. The planned extension of the contract is less than 50% of the original contract value. According to § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 2, 3 GWB, the price may not be increased by more than 50% of the original contract value. If there are multiple consecutive changes to the contract, this limitation applies to the value of each individual change, unless the changes are made to circumvent the regulations.
