Brief
Gothaer Stadtwerke ENERGIE GmbH is seeking suppliers for the expansion of its district heating network in three residential areas in Gotha: Bahnhofstraße, southern Seebergstraße, and Straße der Einheit, including adjacent streets. The Bahnhofstraße area will be connected using a dual-pipe system made of plastic-coated pipes (DN200/400). This will involve a connection from a pre-laid branch in Mozartstraße and crossing Bahnhofstraße via an existing steel protective pipe. Note that part of the Bahnhofstraße area is under monument protection. Buildings at Bahnhofstraße No. 5a and No. 8, as well as the private property at Bahnhofstraße No. 10, will each receive a district heating compact station, partially including hot water preparation. The existing facilities will also be dismantled. The Straße der Einheit area, which includes buildings on Straße der Einheit, Reyherstraße, and Enckestraße, will be connected via a dual-pipe system made of plastic-coated pipes (DN125/280). The connection point is located in Reyherstraße near the school. Buildings at Straße der Einheit No. 1-38, Reyherstraße No. 4-8, and Enckestraße No. 12-22 will receive a total of 15 district heating compact stations, partially including hot water preparation. The existing facilities will also be dismantled. The southern Seebergstraße area will be connected using a dual-pipe system made of plastic-coated pipes (DN65/180), with the connection occurring via a pre-laid connection line at the intersection with Fichtestraße. Buildings at Seebergstraße 48a-60 and 59-65 will receive a total of 6 district heating compact stations, including hot water preparation. The existing facilities will also be dismantled. The installation phase for the house connection stations is planned from June 2026 to August 2027, in coordination with the pre-prepared house connections, including the dismantling of existing installations. The necessary services from other participants are expected to be tendered in four lots: Lot 1 - Civil Engineering including ancillary services, Lot 2 - Pipeline Construction, Lot 3 - House Connection Stations, and Lot 4 - Preparatory Measures. This lot will include services for the installation of house connection stations (installation, dismantling of existing facilities, connection of all media).
