Bulgaria – Management Services for Project Teams in Blagoevgrad

This contract involves providing management and organizational services by supplying experts for the project management teams of Blagoevgrad Municipality. The work is part of the procedure BG16FFPR003-1.001, which supports integrated urban development in ten municipalities identified as key growth centers under the 'Regional Development' program for 2021-2027. The contract consists of eight specific lots, each detailing different projects: 1. Reconstruction and renovation of park areas in the 'Bachinovo' locality. 2. Creation of new social services for residential care in Blagoevgrad and establishment of a park area in the 'Strumsko' neighborhood. 3. Major repairs, reconstruction, and implementation of energy efficiency measures in a building to create a community center for vulnerable groups, along with the renovation of the adjacent green space. 4. Construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new educational building and sports hall, as well as renovation, reconstruction, and energy efficiency measures in the building of the Ninth Primary School 'Peyo Yavorov' and improvement of the surrounding yard. 5. Reconstruction and renovation of the 'Loven Dom' park and Botanical Garden, along with the development of a tourism marketing strategy. 6. Development of a Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan and reconstruction, correction, and covering of part of 'Alexander Stamboliyski' street. 7. Renovation and improvement of the yard spaces of municipal schools in Blagoevgrad and internal repairs of the building of the former Inter-School Center for Vocational and Technical Training (MUCTPO). 8. Reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of 'Macedonia' square. Each activity is detailed with specific sub-activities in the technical specifications of the respective lots.
