Waste Management Services in Poland

This contract involves the acceptance and management of waste classified under code 19 12 12, which includes other waste (such as mixed substances and items) resulting from mechanical processing of waste not specified in code 19 12 11. The contractor will be responsible for the ongoing acceptance and processing of approximately 8,000 Mg of this waste during the contract period. The waste must be processed at the contractor's facility through recovery process R1, primarily for use as fuel or other energy production methods, in accordance with Polish waste legislation. The buyer, INNEKO Sp. z o.o., has the option to require the contractor to manage an additional 1,600 Mg of waste (20% of the base order quantity) during the contract term.
