Brief
This contract involves the construction of two residential buildings (Building B and Building C) with necessary technical infrastructure, road layout, and external parking spaces on Krzemieniowa Street in Konin, near the Senior Home. Building B (plot no. 2207) will be a five-story building without a basement, containing 35 apartments and two staircases. Building C (plot no. 2208) will be a six-story building without a basement, containing 44 apartments and two staircases. Both buildings will be accessible to people with disabilities, featuring elevators designed for use by visually impaired individuals and wheelchair users. The apartments will be finished and intended for rent, with each apartment having a storage room on the same floor. The ground floor of each building will include technical rooms and a stroller storage area. Building entrances will be secured with an intercom system connected to remote opening. The outdoor area will be designed as a barrier-free public space, with parking spaces, sidewalks, benches, trash bins, a children's playground, and a bicycle shelter. The area will be equipped with outdoor lighting and video surveillance. Parking spaces will also be designed in the road area. Each building will have a designated area for temporary collection of sorted municipal waste, designed as three underground silos for five waste fractions. Each plot will have an underground rainwater retention tank and an automatic irrigation system supported by a deep well equipped with a water pump and automation for irrigating plants with well water when the retention tank is empty. Each building will have a photovoltaic installation connected to the administrative circuits. Construction must comply with the DNSH principle.
