Modular Housing Units for Ukraine Refugees

The project involves the design and construction of modular housing units that are prefabricated in a factory, transported to the site, and assembled on location. The on-site work primarily includes installations and connections to utilities, with minimal additional construction work required. The building will consist of two floors with a total of 45 apartments, including 14 one-bedroom units and 31 two-bedroom units. Each apartment will feature living space with a kitchen, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 150 residents. Additionally, the project will include storage areas, laundry facilities, offices, communal spaces, and security features, totaling approximately 180 units.
