Construction of New School Building in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw

The current contract involves the construction of a new building for the municipal primary school 'T Populierte' in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. This includes the demolition of existing structures and related facilities. The construction work encompasses the following: rough construction, complete finishing, technical installations, fixed furniture/initial equipment, and landscaping with associated structures. Additionally, it includes the demolition of existing buildings, site constructions, and landscaping (after prior asbestos removal) in accordance with the contract documents. All related supplies and works must comply with the technical specifications and annexes attached to the current contract.
