Procurement of 5 New Delivery Vehicles

The Budapest Waterworks Plc. (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) is seeking to purchase 5 new delivery vehicles under a sales contract. The vehicles must be new, classified in category N2, with a 4x2 drive configuration, a minimum engine displacement of 1950 cm3, and equipped with double rear wheels. Only new vehicles that have not been registered in Hungary or abroad, nor used as demonstration or trial vehicles, are eligible. The vehicles must be delivered in operational condition, registered in the name of the Buyer, and must comply with the technical requirements set forth in the relevant Hungarian regulations for road vehicles. Upon delivery, the following documents must be provided: warranty documentation, operating and maintenance manuals in Hungarian (in printed and/or electronic format), safety and machine inspection reports, and a compliance certificate. The supplier must provide a warranty of 24 months or 100,000 km from the successful handover. The delivery deadline is 240 calendar days from the contract's effective date (early delivery is possible). The bid price must include the costs for the vehicle's commissioning and registration.
