Acquisition of Utility Vehicles in France

This contract involves the procurement of various types of vehicles, including electric vehicles, vans, and pickups. The procurement is divided into five lots, each to be awarded separately. Lots 1, 2, and 3 include an optional additional service for extending the warranty to a total of 5 years. Suppliers must propose delivery timelines, which should not exceed 9 months for lots 1 and 2, and 24 weeks for lots 3, 4, and 5. Payments will be made based on unit prices. Financing will follow the regulations outlined in articles R2191-3 to R.2192-36 of the public procurement code. Payment terms will adhere to the CCAG-FCS guidelines. An advance payment is available for lot 3, contingent upon the provision of a first-demand guarantee. The contract includes environmental execution conditions detailed in the specifications. A review procedure for the execution conditions may be conducted in accordance with articles L. 2194-1 1° and R. 2194-1 of the public procurement code.
