Medical Rescue Vehicle Supply for Fire Department in Czarnków

This contract involves the supply of a new medical rescue vehicle, specifically an SLRMed type. The detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 1 of the procurement documents. The vehicle must meet all requirements set by the contracting authority and must be brand new, complete, compliant with current standards and regulations, and manufactured no earlier than 2025. The delivery location and end user is the County Command of the State Fire Service in Czarnków. The contractor may subcontract parts of the order, and must indicate which parts will be subcontracted along with the names of any known subcontractors. The execution of the contract will follow the terms outlined in the draft agreement, which is included as Attachment 2 of the procurement documents. No performance bond is required. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement process before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances arise that make the continuation of the process unjustified. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the authority may also cancel the process if the funds intended for the contract are not allocated.
