Road Construction and Modernization Project in Cârcea, Dolj County

This contract involves the design, technical assistance, and execution of road construction works as part of the project aimed at modernizing the local road network in Cârcea, Dolj County. The project includes asphalt paving, sidewalk construction, pedestrian access, stormwater management systems, and the extension of water supply and sewage networks. Interested suppliers can request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation, provided they do so no later than 22 days before the deadline for submitting offers. Requests for clarification submitted after this deadline will not be considered. According to Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 12th day before the submission deadline, as long as they are made within the specified timeframe. The consolidated response to the requests for clarification will be published in the SEAP within the participation announcement. The estimated value of the contract is 47,533,783.89 lei, excluding VAT, and includes various components such as design, technical documentation, quality verification, and execution of works.
