Human Resource Management System SaaS Services

This procurement opportunity is for the delivery of a Human Resource Management Information System as a Software as a Service (SaaS). The project includes the implementation of the service, maintenance services, and further development work as specified in the request for proposals and its attachments. Detailed descriptions of the procurement are provided in the request for proposals, particularly in attachments 1 (Description of the Procurement) and 1.1 (Requirements List). There are optional features available, with pricing for these options detailed in attachment 16 (Options). The contract period is fixed for two (2) years, after which it will continue indefinitely. The goal is for the contract to commence in January 2026, initiating the implementation project. The selection criteria for this procurement is based on overall economic advantage, with the best price-quality ratio being the determining factor. Bidders must submit unit prices/service-specific prices for all requested items excluding VAT. Proposals will be compared based on the total calculated prices of unit/service-specific prices. One (1) supplier will be selected.
