Brief
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of delivery, installation, and placement of the entire subject of the order, as detailed in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e., the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: “OPZ”). The contractor, as part of the execution of the contract, will carry out: purchase, delivery, unloading, as well as installation and arrangement of complete furnishings. 2. The detailed scope of services, method of order execution, and contractor's obligations are specified in the following documents: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e., the Description of the Subject of the Order - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e., the Draft Provisions of the Contract 3. The contractor undertakes to perform the work in accordance with the scope and requirements specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, i.e., the Description of the Subject of the Order, with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, and the drafted provisions of the contract, as well as with due diligence. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers. 5. The contracting authority does not intend to convene a meeting of contractors. 6. The contracting authority does not require a site visit or verification by the contractor of documents necessary for the execution of the order available on-site at the contracting authority. 7. The contracting authority does not foresee the selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction. 8. The contracting authority does not intend to conclude a framework agreement. 9. The contracting authority does not foresee reimbursement of costs in the procedure. 10. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks in accordance with Article 60 and Article 121 of the Pzp Act. 11. The contracting authority does not require or allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or the attachment of electronic catalogs to the offer. 12. The contracting authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act. 13. The contracting authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the award of the contract solely by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act. 14. The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. 15. The contracting authority in this procedure does not require the submission of subject-specific evidence in accordance with the content of Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (which is also the description of the subject of the order). The contracting authority does not foresee the supplementation of the subject-specific evidence. The contracting authority requires the submission of the subject-specific evidence along with the offer under the penalty of rejection of the offer. The contracting authority reserves the right to request explanations from contractors regarding the content of the subject-specific evidence. 16. The contractor is bound by the submitted offer from the date of the deadline for submitting offers (inclusive) until December 28, 2025, i.e., 90 days. 17. The contracting authority will require the provision of a performance bond in the amount of 5% of the gross value of the offer.
