Section 4: A purchase agreement for the subscription to a specified selection of foreign electronic scientific journals published by Elsevier (Package 4). 5. Section 5: A purchase agreement for the subscription to a specified selection of foreign electronic scientific journals published by Lippincott Williams and Wilkins (Package 5). 6.
