Electricity Purchase for Mogielnica Municipality

This contract involves the purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix 1 of the Terms of Reference (SWZ). It is in accordance with the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, the Civil Code, and the relevant executive regulations. The Mogielnica Municipality and the units mentioned in Appendix 1 will enter into a single contract resulting from this public procurement procedure, which is conducted through an open tender for the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Mogielnica Municipality and its organizational units. Detailed information regarding the contract conclusion by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Appendix 1 of the SWZ. The selected contractor will be required to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator regarding the change of seller. To perform these tasks, the contractor will receive the appropriate power of attorney (Appendix 4.1 of the SWZ). The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and on behalf of: • Public Primary School named after the First Marshal of Poland J. Piłsudski in Mogielnica • Public Primary School in Borowe • Team of Public Primary School and Public Kindergarten in Michałowice • Team of General Education Schools in Mogielnica • Municipal and Housing Economy Company. The estimated electricity demand for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, is 3,818,144.00 kWh.
