Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services in Gabrovo

This public procurement contract aims to select a contractor to perform repairs on vehicles assigned to the Gabrovo Regional Road Management. The services required include technical maintenance, ongoing and major repairs, and operational support for motor vehicles owned by the Road Infrastructure Agency (API) and assigned to the Gabrovo Regional Road Management. Key activities include: a) Technical servicing of vehicles based on mileage according to the manufacturer's technical requirements, including the supply of spare parts and/or replacement of vehicle components, materials, lubricants, and consumables. b) Diagnosis and rectification of accumulated computer errors using the necessary equipment for the specified brands and models of vehicles. c) Diagnosis, servicing, and/or repair of vehicles upon request from the contracting authority, covering various systems such as the engine, ignition system, fuel system, lubrication and cooling systems, transmission, suspension, steering mechanism, braking system, electrical equipment, hydraulic system, air conditioning system, bodywork, painting services, wheel alignment, tire replacement and balancing, rim straightening, and the supply of new, unused, and non-recycled spare parts. Additionally, an annual technical inspection of the vehicles listed in the annex will be conducted. The scope of services and repairs will be specified for each case through a request from the contracting authority or its designated representative. Vehicles owned by the API that are under warranty will be included in the scope of this contract only to the extent that it does not contradict the general terms of the warranty service for the respective vehicle.
