Supply of Organic Food Products for Child Care Facilities

This contract involves the supply of organic fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products that comply with EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production and labeling. The supplies are intended for nurseries and children's kitchens in the 'Western' district of Plovdiv, aiming to provide quality, healthy, and nutritious food for children. The contract ensures proper nutrition according to health laws and improves the quality and conditions of children's meals. Deliveries will be made to the designated storage areas of the facilities based on their requests and working hours. Deliveries must occur at least once every two weeks, within five days of receiving a request, and no later than 11:00 AM. Requests for food supplies will be submitted by authorized personnel from the respective facilities at least twice a month and no later than five days before the desired delivery date. The contract will last for 18 months from the effective date or until the allocated budget is exhausted, with a possible extension of up to six months if funds remain.
