Lease of Multifunction Printers and Electric Staplers

This contract involves leasing 14 multifunction printers and 2 electric staplers with specific requirements. The printers must be no older than 3 years. The specifications for the printers include: 1. Printer Type 1 (5 units): Desktop, A4 paper size, paper weight 60-210 g/m², automatic duplex printing, automatic double-sided scanning and copying from a top feeder, flatbed scanning and copying, color network scanner (scanning to email, computer folder, USB), black printing (color printing function can be disabled), minimum 50-page document feeder, minimum print speed of 30 pages/min. 2. Printer Type 2 (7 units): Same as Printer Type 1 but with color printing capability and 4 CMYK toners. 3. Printer Type 3 (2 units): A4-A3 paper size, with 2 A4 trays and 1 A3 tray, same specifications as Printer Type 1, but with a minimum 100-page document feeder and minimum copying resolution of 600 x 600 dpi. The electric staplers (2 units) must staple up to 10 sheets of at least 80 g/m² paper and include 2,000 staples delivered monthly (1,000 per stapler). The service response time must not exceed 8 working hours for any malfunctions of the leased printers. If repair time exceeds 2 working days or if there are more than 3 malfunctions in a month, the contractor must provide a replacement device with equivalent specifications and repair the faulty device at their location. The contractor may propose their own service response time in the bid form. The contractor is also responsible for full technical support for the leased printers. Optionally, the contractor may offer paper supply for the printers as part of the monthly lease fee.
