Subscription Services for Books and Publications

This procurement opportunity involves the supply and management of all professional literature (both digital and print), daily and weekly publications, one-off issues, and e-books, as outlined in the requirements specified in Appendix 4 of the descriptive document. Management includes comprehensive administrative and financial oversight of all subscriptions to Dutch and foreign magazines, loose-leaf systems, digital publications, books, etc. The contractor must be capable of providing delivery and total care, including handling all related administrative tasks concerning professional literature. The figures below provide an indication of the expected total consumption, but no rights can be derived from them. The anticipated costs are approximately €185,000 per year. The municipality has no obligation to purchase and does not guarantee revenue. However, the municipality caps the total scope/value of this contract (initial term including extension options) at €2,025,000.
