Construction Project for Kitchen Technology in Sankt Augustin

The City of Sankt Augustin is planning to construct a new extension building at the Rhein-Sieg-Gymnasium. This building will be partially two and partially three stories high, located along Grantham-Allee. It will be a concrete structure without a basement. The two-story section will feature a rooftop garden, while the three-story section will include a photovoltaic (PV) system. The site covers approximately 4,700 square meters, with a ground floor area of about 1,900 square meters, a net floor area of around 4,420 square meters, and a total building volume of approximately 22,990 cubic meters. The scope of work includes the kitchen technology for a 'cook and hold' kitchen, which will serve about 100 meals daily, including a dishwashing area.
