Supply of Musical Instruments for the Romanian Ministry of National Defense

The Romanian Ministry of National Defense is seeking suppliers for modern musical instruments to support the ongoing development of cultural and educational activities within the military. These instruments are essential for training and enhancing the skills of military personnel involved in military music units, as well as for conducting artistic and educational activities related to national defense. The contracting authority is authorized to procure goods, services, and equipment in accordance with the procurement guidelines of the Land Forces. This procurement is part of the annual public procurement plan of the Ministry of National Defense, which includes the acquisition of military equipment and materials. The need for these instruments was identified in necessity report no. A5-1963 dated October 28, 2025, which requests the organization of a procurement procedure to award contracts for the supply of musical instruments, including quantities, estimated prices, and technical specifications. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers, and the contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests on the 12th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through the SEAP platform (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
