Forest Management Services in Magurski National Park

This contract involves active protection services in forest ecosystems for the year 2026 within Magurski National Park. The services include timber harvesting, logging road repairs, establishing artificial under-canopy plantations with deciduous species, early cleaning, protecting fir shoots from browsing, repairing fences, securing or removing hazardous trees in public areas and along accessible routes, and mowing and cleaning cemeteries. The contract is divided into eight parts: Part 1 - Timber acquisition, Part 2 - Timber logging, Part 3 - Removal of hazardous trees in public areas, Part 4 - Repair of existing logging roads, Part 5 - Protection of fir shoots from browsing, Part 6 - Fence repairs, Part 7 - Securing or removing hazardous trees in accessible areas and along accessible routes, Part 8 - Mowing and cleaning cemeteries. Hazardous trees are those that, when damaged, pose a direct threat to people and property, growing in direct conflict with various objects, such as residential buildings, branches directly over roofs, near fences, along public roads, at the external boundary of the park, near power, telephone, or fiber optic lines, and trees and branches threatening safety, such as those broken by strong winds or hanging trees. The contract terms include the subject of the order, the deadline for execution, payment conditions, permissible changes to the contract provisions, employment requirements based on employment relationships, the amount of contractual penalties, and provisions related to subcontracting, as specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
