The company is responsible for maintaining water supply and sewage networks, which includes expanding, replacing, rehabilitating, or modernizing these networks, as well as performing scheduled or unscheduled work. To accomplish this, the company requires machinery and transport means for excavation, land leveling, transporting excavated material, and handling large pipes and concrete prefabricates. While the company owns some equipment, it is insufficient for certain situations, necessitating the rental of additional machinery and transport. Work will be carried out in both urban and rural areas of Cluj County. The minimum and maximum quantities specified in the terms of reference are estimates for the entire duration of the framework agreement and may vary based on the actual needs of the contracting entity. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 15 days before the deadline for submitting offers, exclusively through the SEAP platform in the 'Clarification Requests/Questions' section of the participation announcement. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators within this timeframe, and responses will be published in the SEAP under the 'List of Clarifications, Notifications, and Decisions' section of the participation announcement. The deadline for the contracting entity to respond to these clarifications is at least 10 days before the offer submission deadline.
