Supply of Software for New Tower Simulator ANS CR (Project NETWOR)

This public procurement contract involves the provision of a new tower simulator for Air Traffic Control in the Czech Republic (project NETWOR). The simulator will deliver a highly reliable, flexible, and modern 3D TWR simulator to meet various training and operational needs of the Czech Air Traffic Control (ŘLP ČR) and the Czech Navigation Institute (CANI). The training programs will include: - Initial training (basic and qualification training), - Station training (transitional and preliminary OJT training), - Continuing training (refresher and retraining), - Emergency training, - Training for air traffic control instructors and evaluators, - Training for military air traffic controllers. Training will take place in several different airport environments, including: - LKPR (with a stimulated ATM system) managed by the air traffic controllers of ŘLZ ČR, - LKKV, LKTB, LKMT, and possibly LKCS (with an emulated ATM system and possibly a Remote Tower system) managed by the air traffic controllers of ŘLZ ČR, - LKKB, LKPD, LKCV, LKNA managed by military air traffic controllers, - Artificial airports based on LKPR and LKTB used for external clients of CANI, - Other airports requested by external clients of CANI. Additionally, the contract will ensure the testing of new procedures, new ATM systems, changes to systems, testing of airport layout changes, and familiarization of other airport users with operations in the non-public part of the airport.
