Electrical Services Framework Agreement

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking suppliers to join a multi-supplier framework agreement for electrical services. This framework will include up to three suppliers, with the possibility of adjusting the number based on needs. For projects valued at €5,000 (excluding VAT) or less, the first-ranked supplier will be awarded the work directly. For projects exceeding this amount, competitive pricing will be required among the suppliers in the framework. CHI will regularly verify pricing to ensure it is competitive with market rates. There may be a need for an electrician to be deployed on a full-time basis at various sites, anticipated to last around 12 months. The top-ranked supplier will be contacted first for this requirement. Successful bidders will enter into a Services Contract with CHI, which will govern the services provided during the framework's duration. There is no guaranteed volume of business, and CHI reserves the right to remove any supplier from the framework for non-compliance or poor performance, potentially replacing them with a lower-ranked qualified bidder.
