Food Supply Contract for 2026

This contract is for the supply and delivery of food items to the Sanatorium of Pneumophysiology in Brad for a duration of 12 months. The contract is divided into 11 lots, which include: Lot 1 – Meat Products, Lot 2 – Pork, Lot 3 – Poultry, Lot 4 – Dairy Products, Lot 5 – Bread and Pastries, Lot 6 – Chicken Eggs, Lot 7 – Frozen Vegetables, Lot 8 – Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Lot 9 – Various Food Products, Lot 10 – Beef, and Lot 11 – Fish. The contract value includes transportation of food products to the contracting authority's location. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators. Participants in the bidding must be companies specialized in the production and/or marketing of the products included in the lots they are bidding for. They may submit offers for one or more lots. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and the largest subsequent contract can be found in the tender documentation. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 5 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests at least 3 days before the offer submission deadline.
