Cost Consultant (Quantity Surveyor) for Beaumont Rise Housing Development

We are seeking an experienced cost consultant (quantity surveyor) to support the delivery of new council homes at Beaumont Rise. You will be responsible for cost planning, budget management, financial oversight, and procurement support throughout all phases of the project—from pre-contract planning through construction completion and defects rectification. Your key responsibilities will include: preparing cost estimates and budgets; managing project finances and cost controls; providing procurement advice and tender support; administering contracts; and ensuring value for money throughout delivery. This is a critical role supporting the successful, cost-effective development of new affordable housing. The position requires strong quantity surveying expertise, project management experience, and knowledge of housing development processes.
