IT Services Support and Development Contract

Banedanmark is seeking a supplier for ongoing maintenance, support, and development of custom applications that display traffic information and monitor traffic information equipment. These applications include technologies such as node.js, MariaDb, Zabbix, Debian 12, and .NET. The contract includes several key services: 1) Transition: The supplier will conduct a transition process, which includes knowledge transfer from the current supplier, reviewing documentation and application configurations, and setting up collaboration processes. 2) Application Support: The supplier will provide second-line support for the applications, addressing simple inquiries from Banedanmark and its subcontractors via email or phone. 3) Application Maintenance: The supplier will maintain the applications, including bug fixes, recommendations for error prevention, and improvements to application functionality. 4) Application Development: The supplier will further develop the applications based on updated business requirements from Banedanmark. This procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure under the Utilities Directive.
