Construction and Repair Works for Restaurant at Hotel Flagman

This contract involves the interior renovation of the restaurant at Hotel Flagman, which includes a main hall and a glass terrace. The renovation is necessary due to various defects identified during on-site inspections, including broken and hazardous tiles, non-functional ventilation, outdated electrical installations, exposed electrical switches and sockets, defective lighting fixtures, and severely damaged furniture at the bar. The restaurant operates year-round and is in a dilapidated state. The goal of the renovation is to completely refurbish the restaurant, including replacing the terrace flooring, updating the electrical system and HVAC fans, repainting, and repairing the bar furniture. The intended outcomes are to improve the technical and operational characteristics of the electrical and ventilation systems, ensure the safety of flooring, glazing, and lighting in the dining areas, and create a safe operational environment for the bar and its equipment. The execution of the public procurement includes the following construction and repair works: removal of ceramic tile flooring and existing screed on the glass terrace; installation of new screed and granite tiles; priming and repainting of walls; replacement of suspended ceiling panels; replacement of restaurant lighting fixtures; replacement of ventilation system fans; partial replacement of window frames and sliding window mechanisms; replacement of mosquito nets; replacement of bar furniture, including associated installations; and replacement of the restaurant's electrical system with new circuits and an electrical panel. The necessary types and quantities of construction and repair works included in the scope of the contract are detailed in the Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of the Technical Specification. Due to the specifics of the project, it is mandatory for participants to conduct a preliminary site inspection before submitting a bid for the public procurement.
