Supply of Construction Materials for Kazanlak State Forest Enterprise

This public procurement aims to select a contractor for the supply of construction structures, hardware, and related materials, as well as auxiliary construction materials for a period of 12 months for the needs of the Kazanlak State Forest Enterprise. The selected contractor will be responsible for periodic deliveries of the goods specified in the technical specifications. All offered items must be brand new, unused, and of proven origin, made from quality materials ensuring normal and trouble-free operation during their use. They must comply with Bulgarian and/or European standards, be delivered in suitable packaging to protect against external influences and damage during transport, and meet the technical requirements outlined in the specifications. The contractor must provide all items listed in the technical specifications in their offer, and the shelf life of the delivered items must cover the usage period as per the manufacturer's instructions, but not less than 6 months from the delivery date. During the warranty period, any defects or issues with the delivered goods will be the responsibility of the contractor. The contracting authority is not obligated to fully utilize the specified types of items and may request additional items within the total estimated value announced at the start of the procedure, which cannot exceed 7,000 BGN (seven thousand Bulgarian levs) excluding VAT. Replacement of items due to objective reasons (e.g., halted production, discontinued imports, deteriorated quality) will be carried out only with the explicit approval of the contracting authority.
