Telefundraising Services Framework Agreement

The Finnish Mission Society is seeking a partner to assist with various fundraising activities in collaboration with a telefundraising partner. We are looking for a provider capable of delivering the following services: converting leads into monthly and one-time donors, upgrading existing monthly and annual donors, reminder calls to potential donors (one-time/monthly/annual), reactivation calls to lapsed donors, and other possible telephone campaigns. The partner must be able to make approximately 20,000 calls annually, with around 6,000 calls made immediately after Christmas and about 4,000 calls in July. Approximately 15% of the calls will be in Swedish, while the rest will be in Finnish. The Finnish Mission Society will select 1-2 suppliers for the framework agreement. If multiple suppliers are chosen, the selection will prioritize quality criteria without a separate competition. The service provider may be changed within the framework if another supplier cannot deliver the service on time or in the required quantities. Suppliers are requested to provide a description of their services along with pricing attachments and other specified documents. The framework agreement does not grant exclusivity to the supplier for the services defined in the contracts, nor does it include a minimum purchase obligation. If multiple suppliers are selected and the contract is later decided with one supplier for justified reasons, the framework can continue with the other selected suppliers.
