Construction Work for Stabilization of Blücher Palace

This contract involves essential construction work to address the emergency condition of the roof structure at Blücher Palace. The work includes removing and repairing the roof covering across all roof planes, including metalwork, chimney structures, and dormers. It also involves restoring the relief of the Virgin Mary, pilaster capitals, and the oval dormer cornices. Additionally, the project includes replacing windows in the dormers, restoring the drainage system for rainwater from the roof, renewing the lightning protection system, and installing snow retention and safety systems.
