Brief
This contract is part of the project "Saint Pantelimon Neuromotor Rehabilitation Services Center for Adults with Disabilities," funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 13 – Social Reforms, Investment 2. The project aims to improve the quality of life for institutionalized individuals with disabilities while preventing the institutionalization of community members by creating social services that enhance recovery and community integration opportunities, and prevent risk situations and social marginalization. The public procurement related to this contract/framework agreement involves the supply of equipment for the construction of the "Saint Pantelimon Neuromotor Rehabilitation Services Center for Adults with Disabilities" - Lots 5-6, focusing on providing rehabilitation services tailored to the individual needs of beneficiaries within the newly established entity. The required quantities are detailed in the specifications document. Products will be delivered to the Center's location, in the requested quantities, specifications, and conditions outlined in the specifications document. The contract duration is a maximum of 1 month, starting from the contract award date, but no later than December 31, 2025. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 calendar days from the registration at the contracting authority's office, and exceptionally, within a maximum of 60 calendar days according to Article 7, paragraph (1) of Law 72/2013, as updated. Clarification requests can be made up to 10 days before the bid submission deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 7th day before the bid submission deadline. All clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
