Social Media Suite Services for Switzerland 2025

Switzerland Tourism (ST) has been using a cloud-based Social Media Suite for several years to manage its various social media accounts and associated communities on a unified platform. This suite also measures the effectiveness of both organic and paid activities and serves as a resource for research and inspiration. The current license will expire at the end of 2025. Due to substantial licensing costs and ST's obligations under public procurement law, ST is re-tendering the entire Social Media Suite. The goal of this tender is to evaluate a service provider that offers a mature Social Media Suite and can provide ST with licenses, implementation measures, training, and support. A multi-year, economically viable, and financially predictable contract will be established with this service provider. The implementation of the new solution should be efficient and completed by the end of 2025, allowing ST to use the new solution starting January 1, 2026. The tender includes the following items: • Licenses for a Social Media Suite for ST according to the specified characteristics, • Migration of data from Emplifi to the new Social Media Suite in the fourth quarter of 2025 and commissioning of the new Social Media Suite by January 1, 2026, • Training for approximately 70 ST employees in the social media field, and • A Service Level Agreement (SLA) that includes biannual introductory training for new employees, access to online documentation and courses, online support, proactive error handling with notifications, and quarterly calls regarding product updates.
