Telecommunications System Upgrade in Olsztyn

This contract involves the modernization of the telecommunications system for the Municipality of Olsztyn. It includes a guaranteed basic scope and an optional scope. The basic scope covers the delivery of a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Telephone System, which consists of devices, software, and installation services, along with 162 weeks of maintenance support. Within 6 weeks, the contractor must deliver the following: 1) Telecommunications Server (Primary and Backup), 2) Two Session Border Controllers, 3) Voice Announcement System, 4) Management System, 5) Billing System, 6) Call Recording System, 7) Call Center System, 8) Standard IP Phones with power supplies, 9) Advanced IP Phones with power supplies, 10) IP Phone Adapters, 11) Softphone application licenses for 850 internal users, expandable to a minimum of 12,000 users. The system will connect to municipal networks with SIP channels and provide the necessary patch cords for Ethernet connections. The contractor will also conduct workshops for system administrators. Additionally, the contractor will provide 156 weeks of support after system acceptance and will implement the system within 26 weeks of contract signing. The optional scope includes extending support for an additional 104 weeks and supplying up to 1,000 standard IP phones. The total contract duration may reach 266 weeks.
