Procurement of Emergency Medical Vehicles

This procurement opportunity involves acquiring five (5) new emergency medical vehicles, ten (10) new patient transport vehicles, and one (1) new 8+1 patient transport vehicle equipped with a ramp for disabled access. All vehicles must be manufactured no earlier than 2024 and must meet the technical specifications outlined in the accompanying documentation. The procurement is divided into three groups: Group 1: Emergency Medical Vehicles – 5 vehicles; Group 2: Patient Transport Vehicles – 10 vehicles; Group 3: 8+1 Patient Transport Vehicle with Ramp – 1 vehicle. Suppliers may submit bids for one or more groups, with each group requiring a separate bid. All bids must comply with the HRN EN 1789:2020 standard or an equivalent. Suppliers must provide all necessary documentation for vehicle registration upon delivery. This includes an invoice, Certificate of Conformity (COC), homologation document, vehicle test report from the Croatian Vehicle Center, and proof of compliance with the specified standard. The delivery will be considered final once the vehicles are inspected and accepted by the procurement committee, and all required documents are submitted.
