Management Services for Traveler Reception Areas in France

This framework agreement involves the management and maintenance of traveler reception areas located in the Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique community. The services are divided into two parts: 1. Fixed part: This includes the management and maintenance of the following permanent reception areas: Le Pratello in Pluvigner (56330), Le Manio in Quiberon (56170), Keropert on Portugal Street in Auray (56400), and a temporary large passage area at La Chartreuse in Brech (56400) from June 1 to August 31, as well as a large passage area in Pluneret (56400) from June 1 to August 31. 2. Order-based part: Depending on needs, the contracting authority reserves the right to issue orders for weekly management and maintenance of the temporary large passage area at La Chartreuse in Brech (56400) outside the June 1 to August 31 period, and the large passage area in Pluneret (56400) outside the same period. The framework agreement is not divided into lots and is valid for 48 months starting from January 1, 2026, or from its notification if later. It cannot be renewed. For the fixed part: During the 48-month period, services will be paid based on the quantities actually executed according to the prices in the 'unit price schedule - fixed part'. For the order-based part: Services will be paid based on the quantities actually executed according to the prices in the 'unit price schedule - order-based part'. The services may vary during this 48-month period within the following limits: Minimum amount: None, Maximum amount: 22,000 Euros excluding VAT.
