Computer Equipment and Accessories for Radio Production

This procurement contract is for the upgrade of radio production equipment. Following the completion of the upgrade and migration of the Dalet Radio Suite technology system to Dalet Galaxy Radio, new hardware is required, including workstations, audio cards, client stations, SQL servers, and a disk array to support the needs of five radio stations. The contractor will be responsible for the installation and configuration of the provided equipment. The delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment must be completed within a timeframe proposed by the participant, which cannot exceed 90 calendar days from the receipt of the assignment letter from the contracting authority to the contractor. The warranty period for the proposed equipment is to be determined by the participant but cannot be shorter than specified in the technical specifications. The warranty period begins after delivery and the signing of a delivery and acceptance protocol for the equipment without remarks. This public procurement is to be executed at the Bulgarian National Radio, located at 4 Dragan Tsankov Blvd, Sofia. The execution of the contract must meet the requirements detailed in Section II, "Technical Specifications and Requirements for the Execution of the Public Procurement" of the participation documentation.
