Computer Equipment Supply Contract

This contract involves the delivery of computer equipment, software, storage servers, and deduplication devices to the contracting authority's location. The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, to cancel this procedure if the contract for funding, which the authority intends to use for financing this order, is not signed. As of the publication date of this notice, the funding application has been positively evaluated and recommended for support, but the contract has not yet been signed.
